We understand and appreciate that when you are purchasing our products, you are making an investment. For this reason, we have created what we hope is a return policy that strikes the right balance between flexible and sensible. 

Only unused Olivia Quido Skin Care products (in its original packaging and seal) can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To return a product, please send an email to gravitasbw@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to return an item or items. Please include your name, the items you plan to return, copy of the receipt, last 4 digits of the card used to purchase, and the reason for the return. We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card within 7-10 days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error. 

If possible allergic reaction occurs such as rashes, hives, or severe itchiness, do the following:

• Stop using all the products, take a photo as soon as it occurs, and email it to gravitasbw@gmail.com
• Call 310-210-2929 to receive further instructions. It is important to follow our instructions to determine a true allergic reaction. Only products that are confirmed to cause an allergic reaction will be eligible for a return/refund.
• Start with the Allergy protocol as follows:
  • AM Routine:
    • Wash face with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
    • Apply Aquaphor while skin is wet
    • Apply Hydrocortisone Cream 1%
    • Apply Sunblock
  • PM Routine:
    • Wash face with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
    • Apply Aquaphor while skin is wet
    • Apply Benadryl Cream
